ACE SCHOLARSHIP

ACE Scholarship: Online applications only
APPLICATION 2024 opens on February 5th at 8 a.m.
Please contact ACE for the application fee amount.

For the 2024-2025 application season, ACE is improving its application management system with FACTS. We believe that FACTS will have the resources to efficiently serve our families and schools in a timely and reliable manner. Due to this change, the application window for both our current ACE families and new applicants will be from Monday, February 5th at 12:01 am. A specific time to close has not been determined yet. More information will be forthcoming to our schools and renewal families.

By law, students receiving an ACE scholarship in grades 3-12 are required to complete state testing each year.  As a reminder, students in grades 3-8 are required to take the LEAP tests in English and Math only, and students in grades 9-12 are required to take the EOC assessment that corresponds to the English and Math courses in which they are currently enrolled.  Please see the table below for specific information.

For the 2024-25 school year, the ACE Louisiana scholarship application will open to new applicants on Monday, February 5th at 8am CST. Please have your proof of income and proof residency documents ready to submit when the application opens. For proof of income, we will need your 2022 tax return form, or documentation for the income your household received in 2023, i.e. SNAP benefits, social security, disability, unemployment, etc. For proof of residency, we will need a household document dated in 2023 with your name and current address on it.

ARETE SCHOLARSHIP

APPLICATION 2024 opens February 27th 2024 - May 31st  2024 (RETURNING STUDENTS ONLY)
https://www.aretescholars.org/parents/louisianna-parents/apply-now

For the 2024-25 school year, ARETE currently has no plans to open applications statewide for new families. Should that change, we will contact your school and post updates on our website’s application page.

All current ARETE scholarship families and ARETE participating schools will be notified when final details
are available. As with last year, a direct application link will be emailed to returning scholarship families
prior to the application period. All applications must be started through the application link.
Regarding new scholarship applicants for 2024-25, we are continuing our fundraising efforts and will
make an announcement soon on the availability of new student scholarships.

CHAMPIONS OF CATHOLIC EDUCATION - NOLA ARCHDIOCESE

Champions of Catholic Education
Application period: February 5th - April 15th

De La Salle does not determine these scholarship recipients.

This small fund aims to provide financial support to families seeking to enroll their children in Catholic schools within the archdiocese. It specifically targets families who, without assistance, would struggle to afford a Catholic education for their school-aged children. While many schools already offer some form of financial aid, these resources often fall short of meeting the needs of all students who require assistance.

The Champions of Catholic Education Fund aims to bridge this gap by providing additional financial support. While making Catholic schools entirely "affordable" may not be feasible, the fund strives to enhance the accessibility and availability of a Catholic education to those who are eager to benefit from it. It is not a guarantee that a family will champions.

Our application for the 2024-2025 School Year is now open!

ASPIRING SCHOLARS

Aspiring Scholars

Applications for new scholars are considered on a first come, first served basis. All applications will be accepted through the FACTS portal.

Students enrolled in private school during the previous school year as part of the Louisiana Scholarship Program are eligible to apply for a scholarship under the Tuition Donation Credit Program and are given priority over other new applicants. However, students are not able to receive funding from both programs for the same school year.

Our application for the 2024-2025 School Year is now open!
