DLS senior signs with Southern University in B.R.
Cavalier Head Football Coach Ryan Manale announced that senior strong safety Danshawn Jenkins signed a full four-year football scholarship with Southern University in Baton Rouge.
Jenkins, who had a very successful senior year at De La Salle, made the 10-AAA “All-District” team, was the “Defensive Player of the Year” for the District, and was named to the “All Metro” team as well.
