The 2026 Summer Alumni Party was a huge success! Cavaliers across the decades dressed to impress in their finest white linen duds for an unforgettable Maroon and WHITE Linen Night Party!
Our Patron Party kicked off in the lobby with jazz from the De La Salle Jazz Band, passed food and champagne, and an incredible live-action chef station courtesy of Austin Kirzner '01 from The Gloriette at the Southern Hotel. Congratulations to Robert McLaughlin '73, our lucky Patron Party raffle winner!
Following remarks from President Paul Kelly '83 and Alumni Association Board President Todd Owens '83, the De La Salle Jazz Band led a second line out of the St. Charles Avenue doors, down Valmont Street, and right into the Brother Arsenius Center! Those custom foldable fan party favors definitely came in handy during that short, hot stroll!
The main event kept the energy alive until the very end! Jedidiah Jackson '00 kept the dance floor packed while playing music for Cavaliers from all classes, while guests captured memories at the photobooth courtesy of Chase Dickey '10, and checked out a custom mini vending machine with classic DLS images by Shannon Kerns Mullen '95.
Party-goers also enjoyed delicious cuisine from local restaurant partners, adult libations including our signature "Linen Night" cocktail, and took a chance on the lively Parade of Prizes and Maroon & White Split. Congratulations to our Parade of Prizes winners Nick Perrin '19, Casie Babin '14, Shelly Finnan, and Robert McLaughlin '73, as well as James White '02, our lucky Maroon and White Split winner!
